Procedures for line managers

Log a case using the online form if a colleague you manage:

  • has tested positive for coronavirus
  • is self-isolating
  • is taking time off to care for someone, for childcare issues or school closures
  • has been advised not to go to their normal workplace, and cannot work from home
  • has been vaccinated (Funeralcare colleagues only)

You should also contact ER services if a colleague you manage has been off for more than 3 weeks as a result of coronavirus.
