The introduction of MyApps means once you’ve logged on, you’ll be able to securely access multiple applications and systems without having to enter a number of usernames and passwords.

Logging on to MyApps for the first time

If you already have a Co-op account

  1. Go to: https://myapplications.microsoft.com
  2. Log in with your Co-op email address and current login password if prompted
  3. If prompted, set up multi-factor authentication by following the on-screen instructions

If do not have a Co-op email address

  1. Go to: https://myapplications.microsoft.com
  2. Use this guide
  3. Register for your new account by following the instructions on screen.

Logging in off network (internet or own device)

Enter https://myapplications.microsoft.com in to your device.

You will be asked for a second verification method, this can be an email to work or personal email. Remember, this is what you entered when you registered with MyApps at the start of the process.

You will be sent a verification code to which you will need to enter.

Signing Out

If you need to sign out click on your name in the top right corner and click on Sign Out.

Resetting a Password

To reset a password:

  1. Go to https://myapplications.microsoft.com.
  2. Click on “Can’t access your account?” and follow the on screen instructions. (You will need access to your mobile phone or personal email address to reset your password)
  3. If you change your password for MyApps this also will change your Windows live password, the one you use to access your emails.
