If you're a contractor or temporary worker who is paid through the MyRecruiter system you’ll also be onboarded to MyHR to enable us to provide you with mandatory training and access to manage any direct reports if you are a manager. You’ll automatically be setup an account shortly after you start.
Once set up you’ll receive an automatic email with your username. The username will also act as your contingent worker employee number.
Information we hold on you
We will set up a record in the system that clearly identifies you as a contingent worker and contains the following information:
- your full name
- your line manager
- your department and position
- your Rullion ID number - another unique identifier
- your building location
- your business unit
Adding direct reports
If you’re a manager then your direct reports won’t automatically be transferred to you in MyHR. The person who is currently managing them will need to log in to the system and transfer them to you. Our training guides can help managers through the process.
