Here you can learn about Personal Growth Planning at Co-op and access some helpful templates for you to plan your personal development. Quite often we get confused about what our Personal Growth plan (PGP) should include.

A Personal Growth Plan can be a written account of self-reflection and improvement, or a detailed action plan used to fulfil academic, personal, or career-based goals.
