You can now see your P11D on MyHR. This is for the tax year 6 April 2017 to 5 April 2018.

At the end of every tax year, Co-op produce a P11D for every colleague who has received taxable benefits and expenses during that tax year.

You’ll only get a P11D if you’ve received ‘benefits in kind’, such as a company car, relocation expenses or private medical insurance.

If you need your P11D

Sign into MyHR and select:

  1. ’Personal Information’ (select ’About Me’ first if you’re a manager).
  2. ’My documents’ icon on the left hand side.
  3. The P11D you need from the list.

Your P11D will download in a PDF format.

If you don’t have access to MyHR
Your P11D will be sent through the post to your home address.
