How to see your payslip

You’ll be able to see your next payslip on the Wednesday before payday.

You can also view and download previous payslips back to October 2017 on MyHR.

Sign in to see your payslip

If you need payslips older than October 2017

Sign into MyHR and select:

  1. ’Personal Information’.
  2. ’My documents’ on the left hand side.
  3. 'Payslip Archive' in the 'Document Type' drop down menu.
  4. The date range you want your payslip from.

If you no longer work for Co-op

You’ll have access to My HR to see your previous Payslips, P60 and P11D’s for 90 days following leaving.

To access, please use http://myhr.coop.co.uk

Your login details will be the same as whilst employed (username your ex-employee number). You can also reset your password should you need too.

If you have a query you don’t need to call us. Just click on the below link to send a request form into our HR team and they’ll get back to you.
