On the first Wednesday of every month, we’ll be focusing on a specific area of wellbeing, with new resources, support and live events. Check back on this page each month for brand new content!

Some of these topics can be difficult to listen to and talk about, so please take care of yourself and reach out for any support you may need – call Lifeworks 24/7 on 0800 069 8854 or the Samaritans on 116 123.

December – Taking Care of Yourself this Festive Season

We hope that this festive season you’ll all be able to make up for the moments we missed last year and come together with loved ones to celebrate. However, we know that for many people this time of year can be challenging, with financial pressures, relationship tensions and loneliness often magnified. We want to help you enjoy this time of year and this Wellbeing Wednesday, we’re focusing on some of the ways we can help you to reduce those pressures.

Our Virtual Worry Box is here for you

This month our worry box is looking forward to the start of a new year. Would you like to set some goals for 2022 but you’re not sure where to start? Maybe you’re worried about feelings of loneliness through those winter months? Or are financial pressures on your mind? Send us your worries to our independent coach, Emma Jeffreys, anonymously here.

You can also hear Emma’s responses to previous month’s worry boxes here.
