Virtual Worry Box Do you feel like you need a little guidance? Do you have a concern linked to the monthly wellbeing focus? We have launched our Virtual Worry Box, for you to submit your worries, concerns and questions anonymously each month, to get support from Independent Coach Emma Jefferys.
