From 2 February the log in screen will be split into two. Please use the left hand side log in to access MyHR.

About MyHR

As a colleague you can view your online payslip and easily view and update your personal information.

As a manager you can manage your colleague’s employment information such as processing new starters, making contractual changes, transferring colleagues and processing leavers.

How to access MyHR

If you already have a username and password you can sign in to the MyHR website or use the Android / Apple app.

If you've got a Co-op work email address, we'll use this to send you your MyHR password, or alternatively if you don't have a work email we’ll send your password to your personal email address that was provided as part of your initial recruitment application.

Keep a look out for your MyHR password email, because it's important that you log in to the system and input your emergency contact and bank details as soon as possible to prevent delays in processing your pay.

If you don’t receive your MyHR password email within three working days from your start date then let your manager know.
